Over the years, the ICAI’s curriculum has gained massive popularity due to the quality professional services rendered by its members. It has come to occupy a prominent role in India’s economy and society at large. The CA course as it is popularly known is the most preferred and sought-after course by students aspiring to make a career in the accounting and finance domain. The CA course assessment pattern is such that it tests the sufficiency of technical competence, professional skills, professional values, ethics, and attitudes acquired during practical training. The assessment of professional skills progresses through three levels; Foundation, Intermediate, and Final.
More than 75% of the curriculum under this specialization is benchmarked against these three levels of the CA course. Therefore, a student enrolled in the Corporate Accounting specialization gets the advantage of learning and preparing for the CA course along with the B. Com program. The students can also claim exemptions or credit transfers as applicable and approved by the university.
